TIG provides best-effort support on Windows Operating System and MIT Software & Business Applications. For hardware issues, IS&T’s Service Center offers warranty and out-of-warranty hardware repairs on Apple products.

Obtaining Windows OS
MIT IS&T provides Windows operating systems that are covered by MIT’s Enterprise license and are for use by members of the MIT community.

Active Directory
Connect a Windows system to the CSAIL Active Directory domain. This is recommended only for TIG shared and public managed machines.
