Apple iOS mail

Prerequisites

• A CSAIL IMAP Account which will be configured into your mail app
• Knowing your IMAP password

Instructions

1. Go to Settings Mail Accounts Other Add Mail Account
2. At the prompts, add:
   • Name: Your full name as you want it to appear to others
   • Email Address: Your full CSAIL Email Address
   • Password: Your CSAIL IMAP password (this is unique from your CSAIL Kerberos password)
   • Description: CSAIL
3. On the IMAP tab, add the following at Incoming Mail Server
   • Host Name: imap.csail.mit.edu
   • User Name Your CSAIL username without the "@"
   • Password Your CSAIL IMAP password
4. On the same IMAP tab, add the following at Outgoing Mail Server
   • Host Name: outgoing.csail.mit.edu
   • User Name Your CSAIL username without the "@"
   • Password Your CSAIL IMAP password
5. Click Next
6. You are now ready to use mail
