Printing Instructions for Windows Vista

• Click Start -> Control Panel -> Printer

• On the top toolbar, click "Add a Printer" as shown highlighted below

• Select "Add Network Wireless or Bluetooth Printer"

• Windows will start searing for available printers. Click "The Printer that I want isn't listed"

• Select "Select a shared printer by name"
  • Enter "http://cups.csail.mit.edu:631/printers/printer_name" and hit next

For example, to install the printer "xerox2" enter "http://cups.csail.mit.edu:631/printers/xerox2" as shown below

• Select your printer driver, or if not listed, click have disk and browse to your driver.

• Click OK and Vista will finish the install
